I’m a UX Researcher, cultivating empathy and understanding between users and stakeholders. I create compelling stories that connect us all

Hi, I’m Michelle

I’m a strong believer in fostering empathy and highlighting human connections. I use research to amplify user voices. But I also know that research is only as impactful as the people who learn and act on it. So, I find a happy medium by connecting stakeholder goals and user needs.
